
Manned by a staff of 85 full and part-time employees, BCTT has leveraged its numbers to substantially expand its clientele since opening its doors in 2000. Recruitment and retention of a highly specialized staff, motivated to “make a difference”, pushes the limits of BCTT’s organizational capacity. Recruitment and retention of committed employees who understand the human service sector, its role and purpose, ways in which it is regulated, as well as cutting-edge treatment modalities is the cornerstone of BCTT’s success.
