BCTT has an up-to-date, fully integrated administrative and programmatic organization with structure, alignment and configuration that conforms to best practices and regulatory requirements in both clinical operations and private sector business. It is designed to create efficiency, cost effectiveness and high quality service. Functions are aligned to the core competencies of the departments to which they report. All staff members are all responsible for ongoing review and ongoing assessment of organizational structure to determine viability for continued growth and success in human service sector.
The Board of Directors
Under the charter, control of BCTT is vested in the corporation through the Board of Directors (BOD). The BOD meets at least three times a year to carry out BCTT business. It advises and coordinates with the Chief Executive Officer on all matters of agency policy.
The Chief Executive Officer/President
The CEO sets the direction of the company. She articulates a vision and oversees the implementation of strategies to achieve success. The CEO establishes the culture of the workplace and creates a spirit of team building. She administers the work of BCTT through her executive staff.
The Chief Operating Officer
The COO is an essential member of BCTT's leadership team and is responsible for the current and long term effectiveness of all administrative functions of the organization ensuring that BCTT can carry out its mission by providing the administrative infrastructure necessary for optimal operation. This position manages all administrative staff and functions including human resources, facilities management, policies and procedures and the day-to-day administrative operation of the agency
The Chief Financial Officer
The CFO is an essential member of BCTT's leadership team and is responsible for the current and long term effectiveness of all administrative functions of the organization ensuring that BCTT can carry out its mission by providing the administrative infrastructure necessary for optimal operation. This position manages all administrative staff and functions including human resources, facilities management, policies and procedures and the day-to-day administrative operation of the agency
The Senior Vice President of Marketing
The Senior Vice President of Marketing is responsible for the development and management of the marketing team, BCTT's strategic planning process and market development, research and assessment.
Clinical Director
The Clinical Director is responsible for policy implementation and review; day to day program oversight of all clinical operations; managing strategic planning and quality improvement processes and for evaluating BCTT programs through clinical and programmatic policy analyses. Program implementation is carried out through three distinct mental health program components, advocacy programs, and various client services. This Clinical Director reports directly to the CEO.
Program Directors & Administrative Coordinators
BCTT's Program Coordinators are responsible for ensuring that BCTT programs and activities operate in a manner that maximizes the quality of services provided. Program Directors have final responsibility for ensuring that agency policies and procedures are followed, employees are managed in a manner conductive to productivity, and clients are served in the way which is most responsive to their needs and desires. BCTT's Program Coordinators ensure that all the components of the programs operate in harmony and that the programs operate in a manner that is cognizant of the limits of public and private funding sources. Lastly, the Program Coordinators must be respectful of clients and dedicated to meeting their needs.
Internal Agency Organ
A quarterly newsletter, The Real Issue, is published for employees to keep them abreast of company functions, new trends in the industry, as well as, employee profile information and highlights.
